The Opportunity:
ISR Recruitment is supporting a global pharmaceutical organisation who are seeking an experienced Business Programme & Product Manager to support the ex-US rollout of Next Gen CRM and AI-enabled capabilities for Field teams.
This is a hands-on role working across Business, Product, Programme, Commercial, Medical, IT, affiliates and external partners to turn strategy into execution and ensure the programme delivers meaningful business outcomes.
This is not a traditional programme reporting role. The successful candidate will be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable identifying issues, connecting dependencies, bringing stakeholders together and driving problems through to resolution.
You will act as a hands-on extension of the programme leadership team, helping translate strategic priorities into tangible actions and outcomes across a complex global transformation programme where you will need to be comfortable working with ambiguity, challenging where necessary and taking ownership of issues rather than simply tracking them.
Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in Business Programme Management, Product Management, Commercial Operations or Business Transformation.
- Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences / Healthcare industry experience.
- CRM or customer-engagement platform experience.
- Salesforce and/or Veeva experience.
- AI-enabled business or field capabilities.
- Commercial or Medical Affairs transformation.
- Experience delivering complex programmes within a large/global organisation.
- Strong hands-on delivery and problem-solving capability.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, teams and workstreams.
- Excellent senior stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and executive-level storytelling/presentation capability.
- Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership in an ambiguous environment.
- Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Experience supporting significant business or technology transformation.
- Global / regional rollout programmes involving multiple affiliates or markets.
- Product roadmap and product management experience.
- Degree-level education or equivalent relevant professional experience.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Drive business-side execution across the Next Gen CRM and AI for Field portfolio.
- Translate strategy and priorities into clear actions, deliverables and business outcomes.
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, dependencies and emerging issues, escalating and driving them through to resolution.
- Coordinate across CRM, AI, Change, Commercial, Medical, IT, affiliates and external partners.
- Support product management and roadmap activities, including prioritisation, stakeholder inputs and decision-making.
- Ensure business and affiliate requirements are reflected in programme and product planning.
- Develop clear, high-quality materials for senior leadership, governance forums and affiliates.
- Own programme reporting and governance support, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, decisions, actions and recommendations.
- Connect activities across multiple workstreams and ensure teams remain aligned.
- Pick up ambiguous problems and take them from question/problem through to resolution.
- Support senior stakeholder engagement and effective programme communication.
